Ever find yourself staring out at an empty driveway or spaces outside of your business whilst daydreaming about how you could make a little extra money with little to no effort on your part? Or do you own a parking complex and are wondering how you can fill your spaces in a post-COVID world? Enter KERB! It’s never been easier to make money from sharing your available parking space!
It only takes a couple of minutes to get your space listed on KERB and start earning income from that space. Access KERB by downloading our app from the App Store or Google Play or signing up through our website.
In a couple of simple steps, you will be ready to go!
- Tap or click on the ‘Manage my space(s)’ tab.
- Click on “Add a space”
- Select the type of your parking space from the drop-down list.
- Give your space an eye-catching title. Create your title or select from the drop-down list.
- Select if you would like your potential parkers to book in Hourly, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly options.
- Add the address or location of the space. Make sure to use the pin to point to the exact location.
- Add 2-3 actual photos of your parking spot and describe your parking spot. Important information to include here can be:
- The number of available parking spaces at your address.
- The height measurement of the spot.
- The Length x Width of your parking space.
- Entry and exit points.
- Location of your spot (basement, garage, driveway).
- Other establishments nearby (Bus/Train station, Supermarket, School, Shopping Mall, etc).
- Access to the parking space. (Swipe card, Access key, Passcode).
- Actual photos of your parking spot.
- Select the features relevant to your parking spot by clicking on each image.
- Click on the “Save” button.
- Click on “Your Payout Settings” and add your payout details. This one’s important to make sure you get paid for your space, don’t skip it!!
- Click on the “Publish” button.
- Sit back and relax while we get your parking spot booked.
